Meat Cake

The actual cake is a Italian chocolate buttermilk cake (minus the coconut in the original recipe, don't like coconut IN things) with a cream-cheese buttermilk icing.

Made for Casey, my grand-little brother in my co-ed fraternity on his 21st birthday. The steak decoration is in lieu of the dinner I owe him at Outback Steakhouse. I told him this was an edible IOU.

Actually piped this with nothing but ziploc bags. Pastry bags are for suckers.
